The weekend 1-3 of April Hilti Årstaberg gets a visit of black belt Jonathan Thomas currently is the head Valhalla Jiu Jitsu in Gothenburg. Jonathan is very active competition, highly qualified and most recently won IBJJF Munich Open. The seminar will be BJJ with GI all day and Jonathan will focus on torreando- and knee cut-passes, and the defense and recovery of the guard.
